ขั้นต้น
เปลี่ยน Permission Folder
/public_html/logs และ /public_html/tmp
ให้เป็น 777
ถ้ายังไม่ได้
ให้แก้ไขไฟล์ /libraries/joomla/filesystem/folder.php
ค้นหา และใส่ comment (//) ที่
// $obd = ini_get('open_basedir');
ติดตั้ง conponent ได้แล้ว อย่าลืม คืนค่า permission ของ /public_html/logs และ /public_html/tmp ให้เป็นค่าเดิมด้วย
